The Leazing team will contact you to understand your requirements in detail and provide insights on current market rates. Based on this, we will shortlist available rental options from our inventory or source new listings that match your criteria.

We will share shortlisted options via WhatsApp and coordinate with you to schedule site visits. To ensure a smooth experience, our team will arrange property access in advance and provide a detailed tour of the apartment, amenities, and surrounding infrastructure.

Our team will inform you about ongoing rental trends during the initial discussion. After you finalize a property, we will negotiate with the owner on your behalf to secure the best possible rental price.

Leazing will guide you through the society’s move-in norms and handle the necessary documentation required for society office approvals to ensure a hassle-free transition.

No, Leazing does not collect rent. However, we send WhatsApp or email reminders to help ensure timely payments to the owner.

A Leazing representative will check in with you at the end of every quarter to assess your comfort and the property’s condition. A report will be shared with the owner via WhatsApp or email.

If any maintenance issues arise (plumbing, carpentry, etc.), you will have a dedicated Leazing SPOC to report them to. Our Relationship Manager (RM) will coordinate with the owner for approval and ensure necessary repairs are carried out.

Leazing charges a one-time brokerage fee equivalent to one month’s rent, regardless of the rental tenure. If the owner breaches the contract and asks you to vacate within the lock-in period, Leazing will provide a replacement property at no extra cost.
