A third-party agency conducts background verification based on the tenant’s KYC documents to authenticate their identity and check their legal history.
Leazing team will ensure the property owners are informed in advance about the site visit and if required the society is also informed prior about the same. Team will arrange the keys in advance to avoid time wastage of the client and will show the available options along with a detailed tour of the project that includes amenities and basic infrastructure.
Leazing team will assign a dedicated RM for the society paper work to be completed for a seamless move in for the tenant. Paper work will include the move in formalities to be completed along with submitting the KYC, Agreement copy and police verification of the tenant.
To support the welfare of the society, Leazing will contribute additional funds for every successful transaction:
Rental Deals – The society currently charges ₹10,000 + GST as move-in charges from tenants. Leazing will contribute an additional ₹10,000 per rental transaction to the society fund.
Resale Deals – The society charges ₹25,000 as transfer charges from buyers/sellers. Leazing will contribute an additional ₹25,000 per resale transaction to the society fund.
During the rental tenure, there can be a plumbing, carpeting or any other issue in the flat that the tenant will come up with. Tenant will get a dedicated SPOC from Leazing team for any kind of repair work issues. Leazing team RM will get in touch with the owner to take an approval on the pricing of the repair work and get the same fixed via society or 3rd party assistance.
Leazing will guide the tenant through the society’s move-in norms and handle the necessary documentation required for society office approvals to ensure a hassle-free transition.
