The Leazing team will first confirm the availability of your flat and discuss your rental/selling price expectations while providing insights on current market rates. We will then capture high-quality pictures and videos of your property and market it through our existing customer base, corporate connections, and digital advertising campaigns to generate leads.
A third-party agency conducts background verification based on the tenant’s KYC documents to authenticate their identity and check their legal history.
Leazing facilitates negotiations between the owner and the tenant/buyer and creates a WhatsApp group for smooth communication. A registered vendor assists in drafting and registering the rent/sale agreement. The vendor charges for rental agreements are shared equally between the owner and tenant.
Our Interior Team visits the site to take measurements and understand your requirements. Within 72 hours, we provide a layout design and a tentative Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Once the design and BOQ are finalized, an advance payment is required to initiate 3D drawings, with further payment terms agreed upon based on the project scope.
Before a tenant moves in, the Leazing team captures detailed photos of the property. At the time of move-out, we take similar photos to assess any necessary repairs. If damage is found, repair costs are adjusted from the tenant’s security deposit before settlement.
No, Leazing does not collect rent on behalf of owners. However, we send timely rent payment reminders via WhatsApp or email to ensure on-time payments.
Every quarter, a Leazing representative will check in with the tenant regarding their comfort and the condition of the flat. A report will then be shared with the owner via WhatsApp or email.
If any maintenance issues arise (plumbing, carpentry, etc.), the tenant can contact their dedicated Leazing SPOC. The Relationship Manager (RM) will then connect with the owner for approval on repair costs before proceeding with the fixes.
For Rentals: A one-time brokerage fee equivalent to one month’s rent is charged, regardless of the rental tenure. If a tenant vacates within the lock-in period, Leazing will provide a replacement tenant at no extra cost.
For Sales: A 1% commission on the sale price is charged at the time of property registration in the buyer’s name.
